Ah ok. Puedes usar la Pro-Form para registros, pero necesitas s2Member Pro para eso. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Pro-Forms -> PayPal Pro / Free Registrations Forms

quiero poner el formulario de registro dentro de una pagina de wordpress, como si fuera un formulario de contacto que se crea dentro de una pagina en el editor

You mean create a custom registration page? You can do that with s2Member's Pro-Form for registrations.

If I'm still not understanding your question, please feel free to ask it in Spanish.

s2members use wordpress with mime user registration, then the record is in the file wp-register.php, then I would like to use the wordpress registration page within a page,
ie intro wordpress page register form.

similar to: You should go ahead and create an empty Page now, before you start configuring everything. Title it: My Membership Options Page, and then click Publish.

change: You should go ahead and create an empty Page now, before you start configuring everything. Title it: My Register form Options Page, and then click Publish.

default url register wordpress : http://misitio/wp-login.php?action=register

change to: http://misitio/my-register-options-page/

Forms can be inserted to create a page in wordpress, because I think aesthetic plan after buying out the registration page by default wordpress
