Is it possible to return a payment without stopping the recurring billing? Maybe that can be done to give a free month.

Thanks for the great suggestion. I'll see what we can do, but this get's tricky when/if you're dealing with recurring payments. Recurring payments are tied to a Payment Gateway such as PayPal, and the schedule of these payments, along with the end date, is handled by the Gateway. So this makes it difficult for s2Member to intervene, and credit additional time. That being said, I will see what we can do. Perhaps we can come up with a creative solution in a future release.

How to add free month to membership

We would like to reward some of our subscribers with an added free month of membership.

Some of our subscribers pay month-to-month. Others pay annually.

It would be great if there were some way of adding an extra month to each of these schedules, on a selective basis (e.g., individual members who refer a friend, or who contribute content to the site.)

Is his possible?
