However, one has to log in to see this particular post - the padlock icon appears on this post in the list of posts.
Am using Version 110617 + s2Member Pro v110606 with WP 3.1.2

Any suggestions?

FIXED IT.
I deleted my tags from this post and the level 0 restriction was removed.
