I'm not very familiar with editing capabilities. You could try asking the author of the User Role Editor plugin about this, he will be more familiar with what's needed to give a role the ability to post. http://shinephp.com/community/forum/user-role-editor

I understand WP user roles and the plugin of user role capabilities - but they aren't playing nice with S2Member's plugin. Is this possible or are others able to do it?

If i admin this in the USERS section, it takes it from the Level 1, 2, 3, 4 or Free to Author - and I'm not sure that the Levels will work as they should. Does this make sense?

Kind people, can anyone please tell me where I'd change this setting so that all my members have the ability to create a post on my site? The blog is an unrestricted page to the public, but only my members can create a post.
