I can not upload files to wp-content/plugins/s2member-files

Inside the folder is a .htaccess file with the parameter "deny from all".

The problem is I can not upload any files because it always appears a message permission denied.

I've tried with FileZilla and the cPanel file manager and always shows permission denied.

What can I do to solve this problem?
