To show content for just one member level on a certain page go to the API / Scripting area of the S2member plug-in and read what's there. That way you can just set certain text to show based on the user level. This won't show how many downloads are left, but will show the correct message for a given membership level

For example, on the 'download limit exceeded' page, I would like to tell the user that they are level X and are only allowed X downloads each month.
