Problem solved after reinstalling WP by FTP.

Maybe. It's strange because the test blog should be clean... Maybe I will reinstall WP by ftp to see...

I checked it out and do not have this issue at all.
Perhaps there is a conflict between S2 member and some other plugin?

With last version of S2 member for WP 3.02 I cannot update or install any plugin automatically. Disabling S2member make the function works. Same problem on two blogs (one is a blog test).
