This is not something s2Member does. You could try a plugin like User Role Editor to achieve it. https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/

Hello,
Can I assign a paid Level 1 member to a Wordpress 'Editor Role' without messing up their s2Member status. In other words, I have a level 1 member for whom I'd like to give permission to access pages in my Wordpress site; however, in doing so I want to make sure that person remains in the system as a Level 1 member. Thanks in advance for your help
