You could use conditionals in your Login Welcome Page to display different messages depending on the user's level. WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> Simple/Shortcode Conditionals

I have a main member page which users are directed to after logon, but it's really just for real members (Level 1). If a person is Level 0 and logs in, I want them to go to a page that explains that they have expired and a link to the Billing Update form. How would I accomplish that?
