I figured it had to be something simple like that, since the scripts used to toggle other types of content wasn't working either.

Basically those tables have gone from:
wp_1_post to wp_post
wp_1_postmeta to wp_postmeta
wp_1_options to wp_options

The Pages that should be protected show in Edit mode (in the S2Member panel on the right) that they are to be protected, but they aren't. Posts that are in Categories which should be protected aren't reflecting that.

As best as I can tell, all my settings are still in tact, and I have upgraded my WP to 3.2.1.
