It goes away after disabling Open Registration.

If you no longer want visitors to be able to register, simply disable open registration in s2Member -> General Options -> Open Registration, and delete the PayPal buttons your Membership Options Page.

How do you do this? I don't see a disable? The link is still there?

Do you mean you no longer want visitors to be able to register at all on your website, or only show a login link to people that have already registered?

If you no longer want visitors to be able to register, simply disable open registration in s2Member -> General Options -> Open Registration, and delete the PayPal buttons your Membership Options Page.
