When I am logged in as administrator, I can view the posts just fine.

Somehow S2 or WP can not detect the user level and display the appropriate content. I even tried to go into each protected post and put in page level protection of User Level 1 - and that did not work either.

I'm royally confused why this is happening. This is not the first site I have set S2 member up on and the other site works like a charm.

Please help!!

I'm wondering if anyone knows what would make a template incompatible with S2member. I have a Woo Themes template and all my content that is free is displayed at the category view with the thumbnail image and excerpt - so I know the excerpts work fine.

The trouble is, with protected posts, the excerpt doesn't show at all in the category view. So if I have a category where all posts are protected, an unregistered visitor clicks on that category - they get taken to a blank page. No excerpt is shown.

If I log in and view that same category - the excerpt displays just fine.

So there is definitely a problem with displaying a protected posts excerpts if the user is not logged in. Any ideas on where to look to correct this?

Thank you-
Lisa
