as @clavaque, I've been running s2Member with WP 3.0.4 and found no problems to date.

I'm using 3.0.4 and haven't had a problem yet, although I didn't do a lot with s2Member in that install yet either. But the blog is working fine so far and I haven't had a single error anywhere. Don't know if that helps.
