You can use this hack: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14211&p=29918#p31548

You'd have to edit the redirection URL to the page you want, or you can add the survey to the Login Welcome Page. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Login Welcome Page

Once users fill up the form and register on my site I want them to get redirected to a link on my site for a survery.
What code can I embedd in the form or where so that this feature can be accomplished?
