Sorry for delay, my issue was solved as soon as I updated WordPress 2.9 to 3.2.1.
By the way, do you have any plan to include 2checkout with pro version?
And can I work with other payment gateway manually? I also want to use moneybookers. So any instruction how to do that manually?

Did you save the change and upload wp-config to the server replacing the file?

Did you refresh the WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options page after that? You may be seeing a cached copy of the page.

Multiple membership level

I recently installed s2member pro. And add the line bellow just after in wp-config.php and saved.

Code:: define("MEMBERSHIP_LEVELS", 15);

But still 5 levels are shown there in General Option page. Please suggest me the right way.

PS: buddypress is installed to my end.
