I have confirmation that 3 members have paid for a membership on my new site. It is S2Member Pro.
So, it seems they did not respond to the email that s2Member Pro would have sent.
What can I send them to get them to complete the signup process correctly? Of course their user record needs to be connected to their PayPal transaction.
