You'd have to edit WordPress to add a condition there that'd check if the user has the access to use that feature or not. Maybe you can do it with the theme, but am not sure if those work on the admin side. http://www.s2member.com/advanced-conditionals-video/

On my website, I have it so that people can register, but I have also made it so that people can create their own post as well. One thing that they need to be able to do while posting is upload pictures. I have allowed this, but when they go to upload pictures the see the "media gallery". I am looking for a plugin that will hide this.

I boxed in red what I would like to have removed
