This plugin seems to be for that https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/us ... whitelist/ but I don't know if it works with the current release of WordPress. Let us know how it goes.

I am also pretty sure s2m allows you to ban certain addressees too, in the panel where you can list to prevent emails starting with info, admin and the like.

could apply to several situations, but the one I'm dealing with is a user that is using mailinator (.com) to prevent us getting their email address when they register for the site, which is part of the terms of service on our site.

this isn't urgent, but if there's a way you can think of would be good to know.
