Now you can create a forward in that address so it sends the forum notification to your regular email address.

I DID get the norification this time. No idea why it does not go through the other server while other forum notifications go through fine, and this forum WAS going through fine until Sept 18th. Odd. Thanks for your patience.

Since i do not use a hotmail or google or yahoo mail, i changed it to another personal email address that is not on the same server as the previous one. Let's see if i get notifications now.

Alright thank you. For now, can you please update your forum account here so it uses an alternate email address? Perhaps one at GMail or Yahoo for the time being, and then we'll see if that works as expected. If it does, you might consider moving your mail ( i.e. MX records ) over to Google Apps.

* Note, I did not get a return failure on the email sent to your server yet. I'll keep a look out.

Thanks. No, I assume they mean that they ran a traceroute and reached our server in 12 hops? Interesting. Well, I just sent you two more test emails, one from the board email system, and another directly from the server with me as the Return-Path. I'll see if I get an error back.

After different tests here is what i got from my host:

We have once again checked the server logs and could not find any incoming message from websharks-inc.com. Since the issue seems connectivity between our server and websharks-inc.com, we have requested traceroute in response 12, we had requested traceroute from of websharks-inc.com.

However, if you continue to face this issue, to rule out any issue at our server end, we can consider moving your account to another shared server. Please advise how would you like to proceed?

For some odd reasons, it seems that there is a connection issue but i found other mis-behaving with other things since the same period so i am looking into those.

Any response here will help me test what i did so far.

I contacted the host and theywould like someone to either reply to this thread or send an email from the samer "server" so they can try to track it. anyone?

I'll contact my hosting company. I dont understand why i stopped getting those notifications while i was getting them automatically before (and that was so convenient). I'll let you know.

I can confirm that automatic replies are enabled on your account.
Please try adding this address to your whitelist, or your address book, or contact your hosting company to see if they are somehow blocking mail from this address: primothemes@websharks-inc.com

If nothing gives still, please let me know and I'll send you a test email from the server to confirm.

That's very odd. I emailed Jason so he looks at the forum settings, but I've been getting notifications for my threads, so it may be something particular to you. I don't know, will wait for Jason's comment.

It is still happening. I have not had any notification in several weeks and just had to come and check the forum to see if there was ANY reply to my posts and discovered that you had.
