I assume you're referring to IonCube, ZendGuard, etc. No, none of the code in s2Member, or in s2Member Pro, has been encoded in any way.

Only the payment and autoresponder modules are encrypted. This raises a flag since you never know whats within the encryption. I don't want them extracting any information via email or something.
