New Plugin for managing menus/plugins/themes based on level

Found a cool plugin finally to manage the left menu in wp admin... plugins to display, and themes to display to users based on the level they sign up at but was built to work with eshop..

Any chance someone wants to take a look at this and see if there is a way we can implement with s2 member would be sweet..
