it works but how do you make the pages for the "roles" ?

for instance, logging in as a "subscriber" level 0, it goes here:
http://nexneurocare.com/members/subscriber - but says "page not found"

logging in as a level 1 member goes here:
http://nexneurocare.com/members/s2member_level1 - but says "page not found"

VERY STRANGE.
how do i make and associate a pages for this?
