Could you please try, as a test, deactivating the other plugins you have installed and try registering again? Does it work, not? Then add the plugins back one by one, and testing the registration after each, see which one brings the email problem back.

Let me know how it goes please. :)

I sent the link to the free registration page as you requested.

I have only 1 Wordpress installation. Wordpress allows you to use you to install in a directory but have the blog appear as the doman root. http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordP ... _Directory

Here is one of the short codes (I have several pages with different prices).

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="2" ccaps="" desc="One (1) combo ticket to the CAPE 20th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="capeusa.org" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="150.00" rp="1" rt="Y" rr="0" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover,maestro,solo" accept_via_paypal="paypal" coupon="" accept_coupons="0" default_country_code="" captcha="0" /]

Thanks in advance!

Open registration is not enabled, so I can only do it purchasing the membership. Could you create a private page with a free registration pro-form so I create an account and get the emails? Send me the link to it using the contact form, please. http://s2member.com/contact

One thing that I found odd is that your website, including the pages with the pro-forms, are in the root directory, but the login page is in the /wordpress directory. How did you set the website up? Are you using two WordPress installations?

Could you also please post the shortcode for the pro-forms you use to sell the membership? Thanks!

Thanks for replying. I'm using s2Member Pro v111017.

I don't have any other plugins that interact with S2 member or that would send out an email.

Here is a screenshot:

And here is the registration page

Thanks for looking into it!

I recently changed the New User Email, and now new members who register are getting BOTH old and new emails. Where is the email stored? How can I delete the old one?

Thanks,
Ben
