Yeah, it's pretty easy to import users.

If you have custom fields, then create those first and then import. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Registration/Profile

Custom fields have a special format to import, but it's explained in the documentation.

We are looking at going pro. We currently have a membership site with a database that will take a long time to add users one by one. I need to sell this to my boss - so I'm wondering is it just as easy as matching up the fields and importing?
