I have no idea about the code so I hope you're the man to help me out :)

We need to determine if the problem you're having with s2Member is related to the WordPress theme you're using, or if the problem is with a server configuration on your host.

Could you try using the default TwentyTen theme? If everything works properly with the default theme, then the theme you're using might contain some incompatible JavaScript. In this case, this post may help: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15824&p=52752#p52752

I've installed S2Member plugin on a brand new website with the same theme I've been struggling on my other sites. There is only WP 3.2.1 and S2Members plugin installed - nothing else has never been installed.
Website is here: http://www.iphonemechanic.co.uk
I've enabled member plugin, configured to protect ALL posts, no pages are protected. There are 2 pages on the Menu - DVD Labelz and TV Labelz. DVD Labelz is assigned as a Static homepage on WP Settings - Reading. I have assigned 1 post per page to get the pagenavi up with limited posts.
When on Homepage, there is pagenavi on the bottom of the page. Click on Page 2, shows that it's gonna go to: http://www.iphonemechanic.co.uk/page/2/ but instead takes you to http://www.iphonemechanic.co.uk/2/ which means 404 error.
But if you are on TV Labelz which isn't the home page it works perfect, clicking on Page 2 takes you to page 2.
If plugin is disabled Homepage works perfectly.
Any help would be really appreaciated.

P.S. Your previous questions:
Do you have any URI Restrictions configured on either of these sites?
See: Dashboard -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> URI Restrictions. - Answer is NO
If not, what other Restriction Options have you configured. Screenshots would be great, if possible.
Do you have s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Alternative View Restrictions enabled? - Answer - Only restriction is ALL on Posts, nothing else is protected at all.

Thanks a lot

If you're still having problems, download your Apache error_log and then open it with a text editor. Search for your IP address (get that here: http://whatismyip.com) and then look for any errors related to accessing "/page/2/".

Anyway, I turned all the installed plugins on, including s2members and after that I couldn't navigate to Page 2. Then I turned all the other plugins off except s2members and still didn't work. Then I turned S2 off and all the others on and it worked. So I'm pretty sure some incompatibility there with my theme and S2.
This is .htaccess file:

# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>

# END WordPress

I do have access to log files, what should I be looking for there? I can access it via the FTP

Can you copy and paste the contents of your .htaccess file here? It sounds like there might be something strange going on with your WordPress rewrite rules.

Do you have access to your web server error logs by any chance? Looking at what gets logged to the error log when you try to access Page 2 will also help diagnose this problem.

Also, have you tried disabling all other plugins except s2Member? It's possible another plugin is conflicting and causing problems.

I have your wonderful free plugin installed on http://www.rabieswhitelabelz.com (well, had until I found a strange behaviour). When the plugin was activated, members and none members who scrolled to the bottom of the page to go to page 2 were redirected to a post "2 minutes later". When you clicked on Page 3 you got to "3.A.M." post, page 4 to "4 Flies on...", page 5 to "$5 a day" and so on. I have installed the same design and activated s2members on another website http://www.247computerhelp.com When you click on the Pagenavi there it just comes up with an error saying "Post not found" instead of taking you to Page 2
So as I said I've deactivated s2members on http://www.rabieswhitelabelz.com and will use 247computerhelp.com for testing.
Would anyone be able to help me out with this problem? Thanks in advance.
