If you don't know how to do it yourself, I'd suggest heading to a freelancers website like oDesk.com or eLance.com to post the job for a developer.

I would like them to keep the one they have registered with (The same way they are forbidden to change their username).
I still want the profile modificarion page because I want them to be able to change their password and other info.
Is this possible?
