s2Member does not currently support Facebook Connect in it's login widget, so it's not something you can just turn on yet. However, it is possible to add your own HTML and/or PHP code to the Pro Login Widget from Appearance -> Widgets -> Pro Login Widget. You might check with the developer of that plugin to see if they have a PHP tag they can give you; which you might paste into this field.
