Thanks for you support.

What I'm suspecting is that it may be a plugin conflict. Could you, as a test, deactivate other plugins one by one and test after each to see if the problem went away with it?

I am now trying to establish what flag to hard set using phpmyadmin in the database. Or at the very least check if it is setting. If anyone knows the exact 1 or 0 I need to check that would be great.

Could you change that setting to the WP default, save, and then change it back to the custom one and save again? See if that helps, please.

Yes this is for free registrations.

I believe the settings are correct.
S2Member -> General Options -> Email Configuration -> New User Email Configuration ->
is set to 'Yes ( customize New User Emails with s2Member )'

This was working perfectly before a recent upgrade but now is stuck delivering the WordPress defaults.
WordPress was upgraded to version 3.3 too so I wonder if something has changed there.

All help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I hope that helps. :)

After performing the latest upgrade I am not receiving the custom email that gets sent to the allocated admin email address.

All I am getting now is the default email from WordPress about a new user which has none of the custom fields I need sent to me.

I am using the Pro version.

Kind regards,
Tony
