Level 0 is the unpaid level, though it is still a registered user.

From my understanding, a level 0 member is a registered user. level 1 is a paid user, etc.

I need to have level 0 as a 'guest' and level 1 as a registered user. why? because the 'guest' (unregistered user) will be able to download from the level0 directory and the registered user (level1) will be able to download from the level1 directory.

How can I specify that a unregistered user is level 0...and a registered is a level 1? Please let me know how I can set this up.
