The problem is indeed the result of the s2Member JavaScript not loading. You can confirm this by doing "view source" on your page and looking for the s2Member JavaScript line in the <head>:

If you try accessing that URL directly, it should load the s2Member JavaScript. Instead, it returns a Error 403. This can be caused by a variety of possible server configuration issues.
