User Agreement

Hello and forgive me if this topic has been covered somewhere.
This is my second venture with a membership for payment site, and going the wordpress route with your plugin has been a lifesaver over what I used last time.

My question is, that I would like to add a user agreement to their membership that must be agreed upon before payment is taken. A simple check-box will do the trick after they have read the info. Is there a simple way to do this?
