Registration & Login Pages Not Being Accessed

Hello! The Wordpress theme that I'm using has its own custom login and registration page that overrides the Wordpress options. How can I get S2Member to work in conjunction with this? Right now, even though I have S2Member installed, my theme's registration and login pages still seem to be overriding it...I don't see the S2Member's options showing up at all when it comes to those two pages. Anyone know how get past that? Thanks!
