I just took a look through this plugin's source code, and I don't see anything that would cause it to be incompatible with s2Member. In addition, I just ran a live test with the Twenty Ten theme, s2Member v3.5.2, and Meteor Slides 1.3.3 and was unable to reproduce the issue.
If this problem is still an issue for you, please let me know.
The functionality of the plugin apparently only works for those that are logged in.
In my review of the plugin, I didn't find anything that would cause it NOT to work for public visitors. It seems to work the same for all visitors, regardless of login status.
