1. disable the s2member plugin
2. delet the s2member & s2member-pro folder from your pluings folder
3. upload the new s2member folder to your plugin folder
4. reactivate s2member -(test s2member without s2member-pro installed)!
5. upload the new s2member pro folder

now s2member-pro should work.

try it!

The precedent version (s2member) was working well but now, i can't fix this and don't understand why. I also did upgrade to WP 3.1...

Does anybody observe the same problem ? I'd really appreciate to have some support to help me fix this.
