Thanks for the excellent question.
Yes, s2Member Pro, when integrated with PayPal® Pro and/or Authorize.Net® is capable of calculating Sales Tax based on several factors, including the state of Wisconsin if you like. You can even narrow it down to a particular zip code, or a zip code range if you need to. I know some states have different tax rates by county, and those can be dealt with using a zip code range ( when necessary ).
I'm attaching a screen shot for you ( click to enlarge ).

Taxes are calculated based on Billing Location; as entered into the checkout Form provided by s2Member. If you need to create other Custom Registration Fields, s2Member provides tools in your Dashboard to facilitate this. However, s2Member does NOT provide any built-in method of preventing sales in a specific country; or limiting them to a specific country. You might be able to add a Custom Registration Field with s2Member though, in the form of a checkbox, where the Customer must check a box that states they live in the U.S. Either that, or you can create some sort of gateway page that guards the s2Member Pro Checkout Form in a more creative way.Statistics: Posted by Jason Caldwell — March 14th, 2011, 11:22 pm
