You can find experienced freelance developers over at oDesk, eLance, Freelancer and Rent-a-coder.

You may find these two sections of the admin area particularly useful to achieve what you want:

WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Tracking
WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Notifications

Who can I hire to help me with my specific issue...which is getting the affiliate program setup, and integrated with S2 using paypal pro. I am tired of trying and need to get it done...thanks for your recommendations...also need it done fairly soon. thx!
