However, I'm not even sure if S2member's registration page would let them do this since their email is already associated with a specific first and last name based on paypal.

^ Yes, s2Member would allow this.

Is if possible for such a problem to arise? If so, how do you delete the first and last name default fields. I see how to add custom fields, but don't know how to delete a default field.

Sorry. There is currently no way to delete the First/Last Name fields. I suppose you could do this through CSS/JS hacks on the /wp-login.php page, but I would not advise this right now, because s2Member expects these fields to be present. I'll certainly make an effort to provide more options in this regard though. One thing we are most definitely going to do is prefill these fields after returning from PayPal. This may come in the release of s2Member v3.6 ( late April ).

Thanks for your patience.

I am curious about the default first and last name categories on the registration page ( in regards to the free S2member version). Since the customer has gone through paypal and their first and last name are already in the S2member system (I assume??), is it necessary for them to put their first and last name in again on the registration page? I'm wondering if it's better to delete these two default fields for the following reason:

I am concerned that some people in the interest of privacy, will choose not to write in their true first and last names on the registration page that match with the their paypal entry and that this may cause a conflict on the membership list. However, I'm not even sure if S2member's registration page would let them do this since their email is already associated with a specific first and last name based on paypal.

Thank you.
