So you're using this one? https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/shared-users/

I also found this other one https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sh ... -reloaded/ It's more recent and maybe easier to use.

Actually, there's no how-to and no instruction guide (instructions are very basic and they only mention things that you would have guessed anyway). So, you're quite alone with the plugin and that's the big downside about it. That's also why I don't really know how to share users between more than two websites.

s2Member or another plugin you used for this?

But I must say it's very easy to accidentaly remove the admin access

Because of the plugin or messing with the database?

I'm sure you'll manage. :)

So, I suggest you search for solutions that others already created to share database columns between different WordPress installations. There must be someone out there that already has.

I've got a very tough question for you guys. I'm running a non-profit organization and we set up one website per language (so one WordPress install on each website) and we've got S2Member installed on each of them, and everything works just fine. By the way, we didn't install WordPress MU because we're using plugins which are not compatible with the MU version.
Now, we're going to launch another very large website that will be available to all members, but we need to cross the information so that users can login to the new website. The websites in English, French, Spanish (etc) are all using the same database but our new website has its own database because it needs a big one. What we'd like to do is offer our members an access to this new website without registering again. So I guess we need to tell the S2Member plugin installed on this new website to get the info from the other database, right? Do you know a way to do that and is it even possible?

Thanks a lot!
