OK. When you have a major issue like this, it's time to get back to the basics again. I would login via FTP, and delete the entire /s2member/ plugin folder. See if that fixes the problem. If not, then it's NOT s2Member causing the issue. So in that case, you will need to continue deleting plugin folders until you find the culprit.
