OK. Unfortunately, this is NOT possible with s2Member at the present time. s2Member assumes that a First/Last name will be collected, and there is currently no way to disable this. I'll add this to our @TODO list though.

Background:

Our system involves s2member pro + paypal pro registrations. To be able to use the website, the users go through a subscription process where they can make a payment using PayPal or credit cards.
We discovered that the first and last names are kept in the system even though we do not make it a part of the member profile. This could be because names are asked during the payment which is necessary to become a member.

The url below for the 12th user (for example) shows that the first name and last name entered during registration is kept in the system.

Problem:

Due to privacy-related legislations, we cannot store such information in our system (name and last name). How can we do that?

No information given during the payment should be kept in the system.
