Sure, you can protect all pages and posts and then use the Membership Options Page for those that don't have the access to view them.

WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Membership Options Page
WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Post Access Restrictions
WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Page Access Restrictions

Hello,

Every page on my site requires for people to be registered and logged in. However I want to have one page (other then the index page) where there is no membership or log in required required.

Is there way to make this possible?
