Yes, you can use custom capabilities.

WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> Custom Capabilities

Is there a way to make it so that "Level 1" pages are only viewable to "Level 1" members, "Level 2" only for "Level 2" members, etc? In other words, is there a way to take out the " Level X and higher" function? So that level 2 members can't see level 1 content.
