Could you give more details about what other access restrictions you set up?

I did setup my buddypress like this: www.mywordpresssite.com/buddypress/

I have 2 levels of membership: free and Vip and I want my VIPs ONLY to be able to login into buddypress, how can I do it?

I did setup in the URIs restriction all the URIs that require level 1:

/buddypress/
/buddypress/activity/
/buddypress/members/
/buddypress/groups/
/buddypress/forums/

But even if a member is not an VIP he can access buddypress.

Is anyone have a solution for me

thanks
