Multi-Site: Default Plugins, Theme, Posts, Pages?

Great plugin and we bough the Multi-Site license and am trying to create the same site for each new site and user we create. The theme, posts, pages, plugins, and everything should be the same as the default admin blog.

Is there a way to do this?

Basically, we are providing template websites for clients which have a homepage, about us, contact page, etc.
