I'm setting up API Notifications, and I've noticed that there's a small inconsistency in the Replacement Codes available. For a refund notification %%-fee%% is available, but for a payment notification there's no equivalent %%fee%% Replacement Code. Is this a missing feature, or does PP not include this information in a payment IPN?
