instead of getting the message that quick cache rebuilt the page i keep getting this error on all my pages:

<!-- Quick Cache: failed to write cache, unable to obtain a mutex lock at the moment. Quick Cache will try again later. -->

Any idea what the problem can be? i tried reinstalling the plugin with no results..

please advice.....
