One Page Not Cached

This is posted over in the S2Member forum. The actual issue is that I have two pages with the exact same content but different buy links. One page has a ton of S2Member buy links and it takes forever to load. I'm guessing its because the link generation is slow.

The difference is substantial. Anyway, got rid of the W3 Cache plugin except for the CDN section and installed Quick Cache to handle all caching.

Now, the /download page uses Quick Cache and the /pricing page doesn't. I've tried Auto-Caching and everything else is set to default. No clue why Quick Cache wouldn't cache /pricing.

Any clues? I've already tried a bunch of this per this thread:
