WPMU Quick Cache menu placement

It might be nice for Super Admins if the Quick Cache menu was inside the global "Super Admin" menu on every blog, rather than just at the bottom of the menu on the root blog.

Great plugin, i really appreciate that it works with one config page for a MU setup!
