I have this bug on my site http://www.cardionews.be on WP3.01 : My Dynamic Cache Pruning Option is "Single + Front Page" but home page is not cleared when a new post is made.

So the Post will NOT appear on the Front Page of your site, until the Expiration Time kicks in, and the garbage collector refreshes the cache; OR, if you clear the cache manually.
I'm adding this to my @TODO list. I'll see what we can do to get this request into the next version. It might be a couple weeks away though.
