You can log into your Dashboard, and go to:
Quick Cache -> Options -> No-Cache URIs
( enter the URI of your contact form )

Or, add this to the query string of your Contact Form:
http://www.example.com/contact/?qcAC=0

Either method works fine.

Is there a way to exempt the form page from being cached(if that's the issue). I'm using the fast secure contact form plugin, which worked perfectly before activating Quick Cache.
